What we collect and why

Enquiry details such as name, email, phone, neighbourhood, and bathroom description help us schedule consults and prepare fee quotes. Project files may include floor plans, photographs of your home, and contractor contacts you share. We process this data to perform a contract or take steps before a contract, and where needed for legitimate interests such as defending legal claims.

Cookie preference status is stored locally in your browser under the key mamaandlittle_utrecht_cookie_26 when you press Accept. That key does not identify you to our servers.

Retention and sharing

Enquiry emails are kept up to twenty-four months if no project follows. Active project archives, including drawings and invoices, are retained for seven years to meet Dutch bookkeeping expectations. We share data with accountants, insurers, or contractors only when required for the engagement you requested, and under confidentiality where appropriate.

Authorities may receive data when Dutch law obliges us. We do not use advertising pixels or third-party analytics on this static site.
