These particulars identify the trading entity behind mamaandlittle.mom. Drawings and fee proposals issued on studio letterhead carry the same company name.

Nature of services

We provide bathroom styling, layout planning, material schedules, and related design advice. We do not perform plumbing, tiling, or electrical installation. Clients engage licensed trades separately. Our documents are design intent; contractors remain responsible for compliance with Dutch building regulations and waterproofing standards on site.

Fees are quoted in euros and confirmed in writing before work begins. Consult fees (EUR 140–280) and package fees (EUR 900–4800) exclude contractor costs and product purchases unless a proposal states otherwise.

Agreements and disputes are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. The courts of Midden-Nederland (Utrecht) have jurisdiction, without prejudice to consumer rights that cannot be waived.

Intellectual property

Plans, schedules, and mood boards we create remain our intellectual property until fees for that phase are paid in full, after which the client receives a licence to use the documents for the named property. Resale of our drawings to other addresses is not permitted without a new agreement.
